Partial Delete (EDITED COPY)

You can divide the selected video ﬁ le into two,

and make a copy of the desired section as a

new video ﬁ le.

Preparation:

•

Slide the mode switch to select ! mode.

•

Press the SELECT PLAY/REC button to

select playback mode.

Touch the MENU button.

Select [EDITED COPY].

EDITED COPY

CHANGE EVENT REG.

EFFECT

EDIT PLAYLIST

EXTRACT SCENES TO KEEP

Select the desired ﬁ le.

QUIT

EDITED COPY

Playback starts.

Set the point at which you want to

divide the ﬁ le.

QUIT

EDITED COPY

Select the ﬁ le you want to copy.

EDITED COPY

COPY 2nd SECTION

CANCEL

COPY 1st SECTION

•

[COPY 1st SECTION]:

Copy the section before the division

point.

•

[COPY 2nd SECTION]:

Copy the section after the division point.

When copying is ﬁ nished, the copied ﬁ le is

added to the index screen.

L To quit the screen

Select [QUIT].

NOTE

When playing back the copied ﬁ le, the

recording date of the original ﬁ le is displayed.

Meanwhile, the date when you copied is

displayed on the ﬁ le information display.
