Preparation
Inserting
Insert the card straight with the terminal side facing
right.
• Make sure that the write protect switch of the SD
card is not set to LOCK (writing protected).
Removing
Push the card in once, and pull it out straight.
Inserting/Removing an SD Card
Insert a separately purchased SD card to save recorded data to the card. The saved data can be deleted/
downloaded from a browser.
• Turn off the power before inserting/removing the SD card.
• The saved data can be played back by Windows Media Player 12 (
page 37).

Operation confirmed with the following SD cards.

card (4 GB to 32 GB)

(When recording with video
quality "UXP", Class 6 or higher is
recommended.)
• Using SD cards (including SDHC/SDXC cards) other
than those specified above may result in recording
failure or data loss.
• Not all SD card operations are guaranteed.
Some operations may not be performed due to
specification changes, etc.
• Do not touch the terminals of the SD card. Doing so
may cause data loss.
