ADDITIONAL FEATURES FOR D.S.C.

DIGITAL STILL CAMERA (D.S.C.) RECORDING & PLAYBACK

To Reset the Number of Prints

1 Perform steps 1 – 3 in “To Print All Still

Images (One Print For Each)”.

2 Press Up (4/9) or Down (8) to select

“RESET”, and press SET. The DPOF screen

appears.

3 Press Up (4/9) or Down (8) to select

“EXECUTE”, and press SET.

● To cancel the setting, select “RETURN”.

● The number of prints is reset to 0 for all still

images.

4 Press SET three times to close the menu

screen.

CAUTION:

While performing the above, never disconnect

power, as this may cause the memory card to be

corrupted.

If your printer is compatible with PictBridge, still

images can be printed easily by connecting the

camcorder with USB cable directly to the printer.

DPOF setting can also be used. (墌 pg. 30)

NOTE:

After selecting “DIRECT PRINT” in the menu,

connect the USB cable.

To print by selecting a still image

1 Perform steps 1 – 3 in “Normal Playback of

Images” (墌 pg. 26).

2 Press MENU. The menu screen appears.

3 Press Up (4/9) or Down (8) to select

“DIRECT PRINT”, and press SET. A message

“PLEASE CONNECT PRINTER” appears.

4 Connect the camcorder to the printer with

USB cable.

● After a while, the print menu appears.

5 Press Up (4/9) or

Down (8) to select

“SELECTED PRINT” and

press SET.

6 Press 3 or 5 to

select the desired file, and

press SET.

7 Press 3 or 5 to

select the number of

prints.

● The number of prints can

be set from 1 to 99.

8 Press Up (4/9) or

Down (8) to select

“DATE”, then press 3 or 5 to select “ON”

or “OFF”.

● Select “ON” to print the date and “OFF” not to

print.

9 Press Up (4/9) or Down (8) to select

“PRINT”, and press SET. The image is printed.

To cancel the print setting

Press Up (4/9) or Down (8) to select

“CANCEL”, and press SET.

To stop printing after printing starts

1 Press SET. The confirmation screen

appears.

2 Press Up (4/9) or Down (8) to select

“EXECUTE”, and press SET.
